Paul has spent over 40 years in a variety of senior leadership roles ranging from a foundation in sales/marketing at Procter & Gamble to a number of successful entrepreneurial C Suite positions. During the past 18 years Paul has focused his energy on executive search, commercial strategies and organizational design for a number of PE/VC firms and their portfolio companies. Regardless of the role, his mission/vision is to help others self-actualize.

Not all business
Paul loves to golf and will spend his downtime (when not with kids/grandsons) exercising and riding Peloton to blow off steam. He does try to spend as much time as possible with the grandkids either in town or travelling.
What He Loves
His number one love is his family – which includes wife April, daughter Jennifer, and sons Eric and Brett and their families which includes six grandsons.
